Recent versions of Golden Records desktop have synchronised settings along with data with the online version when enabled. One setting, for using Categories for New Club Records, was found to be downloaded as Off irrespective of the actual setting. With the next sync this value was sent back to the Cloud changing the setting there

The printing of achievement certificates has now been added to the Clubs service. Recent changes in the desktop version such as automatic detection of awards has been added to the online service. There are 5 templates available and the certificates show name, details and date along with a club logo. Produced in pdf format for emailing or printing. Both the desktop and online version of Golden Records now support the advice from Archery GB that handicaps and classifications from 2019 can be brought forward to 2021. This can be enabled from the settings by activating “Exclude 2020 Outdoor Season”.

Performance Issues Adding/Editing Scores
Some users may have experienced significant performance issues when adding or editing scores. They may also have seen a 524 error page. This problem has been resolved and these users should now experience much improved performance.

Updates to Club Record Handling
Golden Records Online will now handle club records separately between Club Records (scores shot within the club only) and Open Records (scores shot in open competition). Records Officers can now opt to exclude Practice Rounds from consideration, or opt to treat all scores as if they were Open. This does not affect existing club records
